Procedures for Supply of Scrap Metal

Procedures:

1. Buyer issue LOI (Letter of Intent)
2. Zenda International (S) Pte Ltd issue Corporate Offer & Draft Contract.
3. Buyer issue acceptance letter to ZENDA INTERNATIONAL TRADING
4. Seller issue FCO (Formal Corporate Offer) & Contract.
5. Buyer sign contract
6. Seller sign contract
7. Buyer issue LC
8. Seller issue 2% performance bond.
9. First shipment will commence no later than 45 days from date if LC issued.
10. Site inspection allowed at port of loading.
11. The remaining consignment will be at 30 days period after the first shipment.
